Nullify Your DWI Today

Did you know you can nullify a DWI–no matter how serious–if you harmed no one?  In fact, this applies to any type of charge, debt, lawsuit, etc.

This isn’t a loophole or a scam.  It’s your legal right under Equity Law, which protects those who know how to assert it.  The system won’t tell you this because the courthouse is a business, and defense attorneys profit whether you win or lose.

With my Equitable Strategy of Preemption (ESP), you don’t argue, testify, or plead.  Instead, you file the right administrative notices to remove the court’s jurisdiction entirely.  Judges cannot act without jurisdiction.  They need controversy, but you will deny them exactly that.†‡

I’ve used this strategy to successfully nullify my own DWI and other cases, saving myself over $7,000 in lawyer fees for the DWI alone.  Now, I help others do the same–for less than half the cost of a lawyer.

Learn how to asser your rights and escape the courtroom trap.

How It Works

1. I draft and serve administrative notices that preempt the court’s jurisdiction.

2. You avoid testifying, pleading, or arguing—actions that would otherwise grant the court authority.

3. Depending on your case’s stage, the charge gets neutralized, even after a ruling.

Footnotes:

Courts, both state and federal, cannot act without jurisdiction—and jurisdiction depends on controversy. This principle is enshrined in law: Article III, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution, the 14th Amendment, and mirrored in state constitutions nationwide under judicial authority provisions. If there’s no live controversy, the court simply cannot proceed. Our approach ensures that no controversy exists, effectively preempting their case entirely.

Equity Law principles trace back to historic doctrines codified in foundational legal frameworks. Modern courts recognize these principles under Rule 2 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which unites law and equity, ensuring justice where legal remedies fall short. See Dairy Queen, Inc. v. Wood, 369 U.S. 469 (1962), which underscores the courts’ obligation to provide equitable remedies when necessary to deliver fairness.
